Pan Pacific Singapore appoints new GM

Margaret Paul brings over 15 years of hospitality experience from luxury hotel groups in Europe, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

 

Margaret Paul has been appointed General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, with effect from 1 January 2021.

Before joining Pan Pacific Singapore, Margaret was the Managing Director of Emerald Palace Kempinski, Dubai and Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm Jumeirah. Margaret also spent 16 years with the Jumeirah Group in London and Dubai, progressing to the role of General Manager of the iconic Burj Al Arab. Prior to that, she was General Manager of Madinat Jumeirah overseeing four hotels with extensive F&B operations renowned for their high service standards.

In her role as General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, Margaret will focus on leading the team through this challenging period to deliver a “world-class luxury hospitality experience for its guests and key stakeholders”.
